Level Financial is an equity based private lender and broker source specializing in short term cash out and debt consolidation loans. We invest in loans secured by substantial collateral in commercial, residential and manufactured housing. Our primary objective is to provide a quality outlet for make sense loans that don't stand a chance within today's conventional guidelines.
How it Works
Our rates vary depending on the type of property, term of loan and general situation. The average funding time from application is 10-14 days. Level pays referral fees to licensed California, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and Washington real estate brokers, mortgage brokers and lenders.
Your submission is simple. You submit a 1003 on your borrower, basic information on the type and value of the property, an appraisal if you have one, the amount the borrower needs and we will tailor a loan to fit their situation.
We then give you a quote. You add the fees that you wish to earn to that quote and communicate the terms to your borrower. Once your borrower has agreed to these terms, we will begin the loan process. Your referral fee will be paid to you through escrow.
For unlicensed individuals and all other referral sources, we pay a maximum of 5% of our net loan origination fee as a Finder's Fee.
We handle underwriting, processing, title, escrow and signing. You will receive a check directly from escrow.
